Sessions online are very much like sessions in real life, with the important difference that I rely on you more to listen to your body and not to do anything which causes pain. A limitation is that I can rarely see exactly what you are doing - however the sequences and postures are straightforward and not over taxing.
There are some advantages of being online - such as being able to get the ideal props and coverings that will allow you to relax most fully at the end of the session. Just like if you were attending a live session, for all yoga sessions please wear loose comfortable clothing and don't eat for an hour and a half or so before the session. Drop in or attend regularly.
Yoga by the Mersey - every Wednesday morning throughout year (but email me to say you are coming if it's your first time firstname.lastname@example.org). Since lockdown started a few of us, occasionally joined by members of the public, have met on Wednesday mornings to do standing yoga by the Mersey River. Meet Chorlton water park by gates down to water, 9.50, or at riverside at 10 a.m. Keeping the weekly outdoor appointnment with yoga has been one of the gifts of lockdown. We have seen the river in all its seasons, from slush, snow, wind and rain to balmy summer with parrakeets. The only weather we would not do yoga by the river in, is slippery ice under foot. That's never happened so far.
